Fees will vary by age group and are determined by expected costs for the season.

Offers are accepted by paying a non-refundable commitment fee within 48 hours of the extended offer. The remaining balance will be due in monthly installments with final due October 31. Late fees will apply to late installments and participation may be suspended until your account is current. You may pay in full at any time.

Fees collected are used for expenses including, but not limited to the following: player uniforms/gear, equipment for the team, umpire fees, winter training, tournament registration prior to the season, etc. There are no refunds after October 31.

Medical/injury cancellations may be considered case-by-case with proper physician documentation until March 31. Any eligible refund will be prorated as seen fit by OYAA.
