• All players 9U and above will receive Jaeger Bands with their registration. Arm care is a priority for our program and proper preparation to throw a baseball is key to healthy baseball players. We do not throw to warm up, we warm up to throw. Pitching workload will be tracked and monitored by the organization, ensuring no athlete is overworked.
• Athletes that want to continue training, will have additional off-season opportunities focused on speed/agility, pitching, and hitting. We love multi-sport athletes and realize that off-season training isn't for everyone. Don't pay for something that you don't have time to do. Our partnerships with local businesses provide us the flexibility to offer flexible training resources when you want it, and when it works with your schedule.
• All head coaches will have the ability to receive youth baseball coaching certification from Driveline Baseball. The leader in the industry, Driveline Baseball provides comprehensive resources that teach coaches skills that scale.
• Development isn't just a word; it's why we exist as an organization. Development isn't measured by trophies, rankings, or tournament wins, it's the distance we take an athlete from point A to point B. To ensure our techniques are developing our baseball players, we will utilize the SKILLSHARK app to track and trend every athlete in our organization. We will baseline each athlete at the beginning of the year and continue to measure and monitor development throughout the season. Parents will have access to all metrics to create transparency between coach, player and athlete.
